ULS Dashboard does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There is no account system and no backend server operated by the developer. This policy explains what the app stores and where it goes.
The FRNs you add, the license data fetched for them, your app settings, and cached map locations are stored locally on your device only, using Apple's standard on-device storage. This data never leaves your device except as described below.
To retrieve license information, the app loads pages from the FCC's public Universal Licensing System (ULS) directly from your device, the same way a web browser would. The FRNs and call signs you search are sent to fcc.gov to retrieve the corresponding public license records. This is the FCC's own public database; the developer does not see or receive this traffic. See the FCC's privacy policy at fcc.gov for how they handle requests to their site.
The app uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. It does not use any dependencies beyond Apple's own frameworks.
If you enable license expiration reminders, they are scheduled as local notifications on your device via Apple's notification system. No reminder data is sent anywhere.
The app displays license site locations from FCC public records on a map. It does not access or use your device's actual location.
Removing an FRN from the app deletes its cached data from your device immediately. Deleting the app removes all stored data. Because there is no server or account, the developer has no copy of your data to delete on request.
ULS Dashboard is a professional/technical tool not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a new "last updated" date.
